G-MENÜ catering company enters restructuring proceedings

A restructuring proceeding without administration has been opened at the Krems an der Donau Regional Court regarding the assets of Günther Gattinger, owner of the catering and gastronomy company G-MENÜ.

Operating since 1994, G-MENÜ provides catering services for events as well as meal deliveries for private households. At the time of the insolvency filing, the company employed seven people. The debtor attributed the insolvency to rising costs in energy, personnel, and goods, as well as the loss of a major customer in 2026. These factors led to a liquidity shortage that prevented the fulfillment of ongoing liabilities. Currently, nine creditors are affected by the proceedings.
