G MMA launches new combat sports and entertainment project in Czech Republic

A new combat sports organization, G MMA, has emerged in the Czech Republic, aiming to compete with established entities like Clash MMA. Founded by Jakub Jíra and Martin Kocourek, the project intends to blend professional fighting with internet-style entertainment and reality programming via its own streaming platform, GTV.

The organization's debut event, titled ‘G MMA & Grandwin 1 Samhain’, is scheduled for October 31, 2026, at the Nová Spirála theater in Prague. The event has already drawn attention for its controversial fight card, which includes a match featuring former UFC fighter Makhmud ‘Mach’ Muradov against members of the Kotlárov family in a rotating format.

Critics have raised concerns regarding the organization's focus on ‘internet bizarre’ and entertainment over traditional sporting standards, citing potential chaos and unclear rules.
