G-MODE announces Zoku Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken release date

G-MODE has announced that the mystery adventure game ‘Zoku Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken: Boukyaku no Maisou’ is scheduled for release on March 4, 2027. The title, which features an original story significantly expanded from the remake of the classic ‘Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken’, will be available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam.

A notable feature of the physical package editions for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 is the inclusion of the original Famicom version of ‘Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken’ via a multi-application card. This allows players to compare the original dot art with the modern remake. This Famicom version will not be available in the digital download or Steam versions.

Yuuji Horii serves as the original creator and general production director. The game features character designs by Kyouji Asano and music by Shinya Kiyozuka. A limited edition will also be available, including an A5 booklet and an original soundtrack CD.
