G-MODE to release mobile version of Ridge Racer on Switch and Steam

G-MODE Corporation has announced the release of the mobile version of the racing game Ridge Racer as part of its ‘G-MODE Archives+’ project. This revival project aims to faithfully recreate former feature phone game applications for modern consumer gaming hardware.

The Nintendo Switch version is scheduled for release on September 3, 2026, followed by the Steam version on September 16, 2026. This specific title is the fifth Bandai Namco Entertainment revival release in the series. The game features 3D racing optimized for mobile devices, including various difficulty modes and a time trial mode.
