VALORANT Champions 2026: 16 teams confirmed for Shanghai

The lineup for the VALORANT Champions 2026 tournament in Shanghai is now complete, featuring 16 qualified teams from four major regions.

In the EMEA region, Karmine Corp secured their spot after winning Stage 2 against Team Liquid, joining Vitality and FUT Esports. G2 Esports has also secured a ticket to the World Championship following their performance in the LEC.

In the Americas, LOUD claimed the final slot by defeating NRG in the Lower Bracket final, joining 100 Thieves and G2 Esports, while NRG and G2 Esports qualified via seasonal Championship Points. Notably, Leviatán will miss the tournament despite their Masters London victory, marking the first time a Masters winner has failed to qualify for Champions in the same season.

Representing VCT China are JD Gaming, TYLOO, EDward Gaming, and XLG Gaming. The Pacific region will be represented by Nongshim RedForce, Global Esports, Paper Rex, and T1.
