G2A.COM launches autonomous AI support agent “Dave” for sellers

G2A.COM, one of the world’s largest digital marketplaces, announced the global rollout of its proprietary autonomous customer‑support agent called Dave after a two‑month trial. The AI tool operates 24/7 in around 180 countries, handling roughly 10,000 conversations each week and linking directly to sellers’ transaction histories to verify payment status and policy compliance.

Within the first 63 days of full deployment, Dave processed about 14,400 support tickets, cutting the overall ticket volume that requires human handling by 27‑30 %. It achieved a routing accuracy of 93.8 %, earned a user‑satisfaction score of 4.16 out of 5, and received positive ease‑of‑use ratings from 74 % of users. Quality metrics show an average score of 91.2 % with less than 1 % negative in‑chat feedback. The system is designed to help sellers manage demand spikes during major game releases such as GTA 6, addressing issues involving vouchers, game keys, software licences and refunds.
