G6 Hospitality announces new Studio 6 Plus hotel in Horn Lake

G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6, has announced the expansion of its Studio 6 Plus brand with a new-construction extended-stay hotel in Horn Lake, Mississippi. Developed in partnership with Creative Constructions LLC, the project aims to serve the greater Memphis-area market.

Studio 6 Plus, launched in April 2026, focuses on long-term travelers by providing guestrooms with full kitchens, ample storage, and functional living spaces. The brand utilizes a technology-enabled operating model featuring digital check-in, supported by on-site Ambassadors to manage guest hospitality needs.
