G.A. Group announces seminar on automotive sector foreign labor expansion

G.A. Group Co., Ltd., in collaboration with C-Label Co., Ltd., has announced an archive seminar series focused on the upcoming expansion of the Specified Skilled Worker program for the automotive parts manufacturing sector.

Following a regulatory change in June 2026, the “Industrial Product Manufacturing” category will expand to include “Automotive and Parts Manufacturing.” The seminar, available for free viewing from October 19 to November 13, 2026, aims to assist manufacturing companies in navigating this transition. Key topics include recruitment roadmaps, strategies to overcome language and cultural barriers, and technical training methods.

The program also addresses the use of AI tools to convert manuals into multilingual video formats to accelerate worker integration. Additionally, the sessions will cover essential compliance measures to prevent illegal employment and manage residency status, following recent joint measures announced by Japanese ministries and agencies.
