Gabon President distributes 16,000 land titles

Gabon President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema will officially present 16,000 land titles at the Nzeng-Ayong stadium in Libreville on Thursday, October 22. This initiative is part of the Mass Land Regularization (RFM) program led by the Ministry of Housing, Habitat, Urbanism, and Cadastre.

The program aims to reduce financial barriers to secure property ownership for Gabonese citizens. As an exceptional measure, the President will also cover the full issuance costs for 150 economically vulnerable citizens living in Libreville and other provinces. Efforts continue within the Land Conservation office and the National Real Estate Company to process thousands of additional files to expand the program nationwide.
