Gabon's CPPF receives ISO 9001:2015 certification
The Caisse des Pensions et des Prestations Familiales (CPPF) of Gabon has officially received the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The certification, awarded by Bureau Veritas following an audit conducted in May, recognizes the institution's efforts to improve service quality and operational management.
The certification aligns with the CPPF's CAP 2030 strategic plan, specifically focusing on strengthening governance, transparency, risk management, and service delivery for state agents and their families. The official ceremony in Libreville was attended by several high-ranking officials, including the Minister of State and Minister of National Defense, Brigitte Onkanowa, and the Minister of Finance, Thierry Minko.
Representatives from the Democratic Republic of the Congo's CNSSAP also participated in the event, sharing expertise in quality management and governance alongside social security organizations from Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, and the Central African Republic.
