Gabriel Vascove reports threats over animal welfare work

Gabriel Vascove, an animal welfare advocate in Río Gallegos, has reported receiving physical and verbal threats through social media and unknown phone calls. The harassment stems from accusations that he is operating as an unlicensed veterinarian while managing solidarity feeding stations for abandoned dogs.

Vascove, who clarifies he is not a veterinarian but a dedicated animal lover, stated that the threats have put both him and his family at risk. Despite the hostility, he continues his work caring for twelve dogs through his community feeding initiatives.
