Gabriela Cardozo to lead Berisso Patrol Command for the first time

Subcomisario Gabriela Cardozo is set to take interim command of the Berisso Patrol Command, marking the first time a woman has led the coordination of patrols and emergency responses in the district.

The leadership change follows a departmental shift: Fernando Díaz, the departmental police chief in Berisso, will take a leave of absence, and Ariel Casco will step in to cover Díaz’s position. As Casco moves to the departmental chief role, Cardozo will assume command of the unit responsible for preventive patrols and 911 emergency responses.
