Mónica alleges that the agreed-upon monthly salary of 1,000 euros was not consistently met, with Guillén eventually switching to hourly payments without official registration. The nanny also reported being monitored via cameras and being denied the use of air conditioning. She has expressed intentions to take legal action regarding these labor disputes.
