Gaby Roslin to host new animal-themed series The Joy of Pets

Presenter Gaby Roslin and veterinarian Dr Bolu Eso are set to host a new weekend television series titled ‘The Joy of Pets’. The program, which was Roslin’s original concept, was greenlit by production company Bandicoot Scotland.

The series follows the duo as they travel across the United Kingdom to explore the relationships between humans and their pets. The show aims to feature a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, tortoises, and tarantulas, while providing practical care advice and tips from veterinary experts.

Roslin described the project as her ‘dream job’ and noted that the filming process, which included encounters with animals such as alpacas and a blind dog, reignited her deep love for all animals and highlighted the significant role pets play in people's lives.
