GAC Motor to join TC2000 racing in 2027

GAC Motor has announced its official entry into the TC2000 racing category starting in 2027. The Chinese automaker will participate with its own team, a project developed in collaboration with Avantek SA, the company's representative in Argentina.

The chosen vehicle for the competition is the GAC GS3 Emzoom R-Style, a sport-styled SUV that currently serves as the championship's safety car. This move marks GAC's global motorsport debut. While technical structures and driver lineups have not yet been disclosed, the model was selected due to its strategic importance in the company's regional expansion, including planned production in Brazil.
