Gael Rampazzo secures podium at Copa São Paulo Light

Kart driver Gael Rampazzo secured a second-place finish in the F4 Júnior category during the 8th stage of the Copa São Paulo Light, held at the Interlagos circuit in São Paulo.

The weekend presented various challenges for the Maranhão-based driver. In the OKN Júnior Rookie category, Rampazzo struggled to find the ideal kart setup during qualifying, forcing him to start further back in the grid. Despite these difficulties and physical contact during the races, he managed to finish the stage in 5th place in the Rookie standings.

In the afternoon, Rampazzo saw improved performance in the F4 Júnior category. After starting from the third row in 6th position, he utilized a more competitive kart to secure a victory in the second battery of the race, contributing to his overall podium finish for the event.
