Gaeta featured on La7 television program

The city of Gaeta will be the focus of an upcoming episode of the television program ‘Signori si parte – Treni storici in giro per l’Italia’ on La7. Hosted by journalist and director Stefania Capobianco, the episode will showcase the historical, cultural, and landscape heritage of the Lazio region.

The journey begins in Rome, following the footsteps of the film ‘Roman Holiday,’ before traveling from Roma Termini via a Fondazione FS Italiane historic train. The itinerary includes stops in Itri and Formia, eventually leading to the Gulf of Gaeta. The program will feature a boat excursion along the coast to view the city's cliffs and natural scenery, as well as a visit to Monte Orlando.
