GAIA opens first American location in Miami Beach

Fundamental Hospitality has expanded its global footprint with the opening of GAIA in Miami Beach. This marks the first American location for the Greek-Mediterranean dining concept, which was originally launched in Dubai in 2018 by founder and Chairman Evgeny Kuzin.

Led by Chef Izu Ani, the brand has previously established locations in Monte Carlo, Doha, London, and Marbella. The concept focuses on high-quality ingredients and classical training within a Greek hospitality framework. Prior to its U.S. debut, GAIA reported serving nearly one million guests globally in 2025.
