Gaia, a greyhound living in the Monserrat neighborhood of Buenos Aires, has transitioned from a rescued puppy to a prominent social media influencer. Adopted by actress Mailén Costa Ferreira, the dog gained viral fame after a video of her running on a beach attracted thousands of followers.

As a result of her online popularity, Gaia now works with various brands through product exchanges and paid advertising. Her lifestyle includes a specialized BARF diet, a nutritionist, health insurance, and a wardrobe of various outfits. Costa Ferreira estimates that cash earnings from advertising reach approximately $300,000 pesos, supplemented by significant savings from product exchanges such as pet food, accessories, and specialized equipment.

Beyond the commercial success, Costa Ferreira emphasizes the emotional bond between them, noting that Gaia has served as a vital source of support during periods of anxiety and illness.
