GAIL’s Bakery expands UK delivery via Uber Eats partnership

GAIL’s Bakery has announced an expansion of its on-demand delivery services in the UK through a new partnership with Uber Eats. This move builds upon the bakery's existing presence on the Deliveroo platform.

Tom Molnar, Co-Founder and CEO of GAIL’s, stated that the partnership aims to make the company's bread, pastries, and specialty coffee more accessible to customers. Merve Basci, UK General Manager at Uber Eats, noted that the collaboration follows a rise in morning orders and coffee searches on their platform.
