Gaiman hosts second round of 2026 Communal Games

The town of Gaiman is hosting the second round of the Zonal II of the 2026 Communal Games, an initiative by the Chubut Government organized through Chubut Deportes. The event brings together approximately one hundred children between the ages of 8 and 14 from various localities, including 28 de Julio, Camarones, Dique Florentino Ameghino, Dolavon, Los Altares, Puerto Pirámides, and Las Plumas.

Competitions began with athletics and table tennis, with futsal scheduled for the second day. The program is set to continue with newcom and boccia. During the opening ceremony, delegations from Gaiman, Dolavon, and Puerto Pirámides received sports equipment kits to support their local training and activities.
