Gaj Oławski to host a 447 million PLN renewable energy project
The village of Gaj Oławski in Lower Silesia is set to undergo a major transformation through a renewable energy investment valued at approximately 447 million PLN. The project, implemented by ELQ S.A. for PROMET-PLAST, is scheduled to launch in 2027.
The complex will integrate wind and solar farms with a 21 MW green hydrogen (RFNBO) production facility, capable of producing over 1.7 million kilograms of high-purity hydrogen annually. A notable feature of the site will be 212-meter-high towers, matching the height of the Sky Tower in Wrocław, alongside an innovative 35 MWh gravitational energy storage system.
