GAK House integrates with Brazilian landscape through discreet architecture
GAK House, a residential project located in Porto Feliz, São Paulo, Brazil, has been designed by the architectural firm Bernardes Arquitetura to integrate seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The project focuses on the concept of inconspicuousness, aiming to create a living space that is largely invisible to passersby.
Built on sloping terrain, the structure utilizes the existing topography to appear as though it has been carved into the landscape. A key feature is its polygonal green roof, which uses irregular shapes to help conceal the building from aerial views and blend the architecture into the rich natural environment.
