Galatasaray signs El Chadaille Bitshiabu on loan from RB Leipzig

Galatasaray has officially announced the loan signing of 21-year-old French defender El Chadaille Bitshiabu from RB Leipzig. The transfer agreement includes a loan fee of 2 million Euro and a net fixed salary of 2 million Euro for the 2026-2027 season.

As part of the deal, Galatasaray holds an option to purchase the player's permanent rights for 28 million Euro, though the club noted this option is at their own discretion and is not a mandatory obligation. Bitshiabu is expected to remain with the club through the end of the 2026-2027 season.

Bitshiabu, who previously developed in the Paris Saint-Germain academy, arrived in Istanbul via private flight to undergo medical examinations. Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek described the defender as an important addition to the squad, while Bitshiabu expressed his excitement about joining the club and meeting the fans.
