Galatasaray extends farewell invitation to Mauro Icardi, no reply yet

Galatasaray announced that it has prepared a farewell ceremony for Argentine striker Mauro Icardi, who is leaving the club after four seasons. President Dursun Özbek said the club offered the invitation to Icardi and is awaiting his answer, adding, "We have prepared a farewell ceremony and offered it to him, but we have not received an answer yet."

Icardi, who appeared in 134 matches for Galatasaray, scored 77 goals and provided 25 assists during his tenure. As of the latest reports, he has not responded to the club’s overture.
