Galatasaray eyes €35‑65 million deal for teenage striker Can Uzun
Turkish champions Galatasaray have turned their focus to 20‑year‑old forward Can Uzun as the club plans its 2026‑27 roster. After dropping a €50 million pursuit of Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva, the club’s transfer committee earmarked a budget of roughly €35 million, plus bonuses, for Uzun. The deal is expected to involve negotiations with his current team, Eintracht Frankfurt, which is reportedly seeking a fee near €65 million. Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has given Italian agent George Gardi full authority to finalize the transfer, aiming to secure the player before the new foreign‑player rules take effect in the Turkish league.
