Galatasaray inaugurates indoor football field for youth development

Galatasaray Sports Club has inaugurated an indoor football field aimed at supporting youth development and sports access. The opening ceremony was attended by Family and Social Services Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş and Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek.

President Dursun Özbek emphasized that the club operates as a significant non-governmental organization in Turkey, noting that their social activities extend beyond sports. He highlighted that this facility follows a previous agreement regarding chess initiatives under the Sheik Zayed Children's Homes program. Özbek stated, “As Galatasaray, we are doing everything we can so that children can meet with sports,” and noted the importance of sports for children's growth and development.
