Galatasaray bids for Crystal Palace winger Ismaïla Sarr

Galatasaray has submitted an official bid to Crystal Palace for Senegalese winger Ismaïla Sarr, but the Premier League club has rejected the initial offer. Crystal Palace reportedly values the 28-year-old at approximately €60 million, significantly higher than his estimated market value of €45 million.

Crystal Palace manager Pierre Sage has expressed a firm intention to keep Sarr, describing him as a vital component of the squad. Sarr, who was instrumental in Palace’s 2026 UEFA Conference League victory, is reportedly open to a move to Turkey to play in the Champions League with Galatasaray.

The transfer saga involves multiple high-profile clubs, with Manchester United also previously linked to the player. While Galatasaray views Sarr as a priority signing to bolster their attack, Palace remains in a strong negotiating position due to Sarr’s contract, which runs until June 2029.
