Galatasaray targets VfB Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic

Galatasaray is reportedly pursuing VfB Stuttgart striker Ermedin Demirovic to bolster its attacking lineup alongside Victor Osimhen. According to reports from Sky, the Turkish club has expressed strong interest in the 28-year-old forward and may have submitted a concrete offer exceeding 15 million euros.

VfB Stuttgart has previously valued the player highly, having signed him from FC Augsburg in 2024 for approximately 23 million euros. While Stuttgart coach Sebastian Hoeneß has previously described Demirovic as one of the team’s best players and expressed a desire to keep him, the player is not considered unsellable.

Demirovic, a Bosnia and Herzegovina international, has a contract with Stuttgart until 2028. He has demonstrated significant scoring ability, recording 32 goals in 87 competitive appearances. While the player has previously expressed his commitment to staying at Stuttgart, Galatasaray is reportedly leveraging the prospect of higher wages to attract him.
