Galax denies rumors of factory closures and production halts

Galax, a graphics card manufacturer under the Palit Group, has officially denied rumors regarding the closure of its production facilities. This marks the second time in 2026 that the company has had to address speculation about its potential disappearance from the market.

The rumors originated from reports suggesting that Palit was unable to secure sufficient Nvidia chips to maintain production for Galax and KFA2. Speculation also suggested that resources might be redirected to other brands within the group, such as Palit and Gainward.

In an official statement, Galax classified these allegations as “inexact” and confirmed that operations are continuing normally. The company clarified that Galax and Palit share manufacturing facilities and that products will remain available through both national and international sales channels. This follows a previous reorganization in April 2026, where Palit centralized the administration of Galax, KFA2, and HOF to improve operational efficiency.
