Galaxy Digital positioned to benefit from crypto rebound, according to Citi

Citi has identified Galaxy Digital as a primary beneficiary of a recent rebound in the cryptocurrency market. The bank cites recovering asset prices and a slightly improved regulatory environment as key drivers. Citi raised its 12-month Bitcoin price target to $113,000 and its Ether target to $3,028, following significant gains in both assets over a three-month period.

Citi expects substantial inflows from advisors and brokerages, potentially reaching $5 billion over the next year, which would benefit Galaxy Digital’s trading, asset management, and infrastructure business lines. While one report indicates Citi raised its rating to 'buy' with a $28 price target based on AI data center prospects, another note maintains a 'Neutral' rating with a $26 target, highlighting differing analyst perspectives on the stock's risk-to-reward ratio.
