Galaxy ferry semi-submerged in La Ceiba, Honduras

The Galaxy ferry, which operates the route between La Ceiba and Roatán in the Bay Islands, has suffered an accident and is currently semi-submerged at the La Ceiba coastal port.

The vessel is reported to be completely immobile. While the specific extent of the damage to the ship is unknown, the entire crew was successfully rescued and brought to shore. Employees also assisted in recovering the luggage of the passengers on board.
