Galenos and Piper’s mark new chapters in Bogotá and Salceda

In Bogotá, Colombia, the restaurant Galenos has established a 14-year presence defined by its integration of interior design and gastronomy. Located on the eighth floor, the establishment features 360-degree panoramic views of the city and the eastern hills through floor-to-ceiling windows. The venue is noted for its specific aesthetic details, including a staircase featuring an image of Leonardo da Vinci and Tiffany-style lamps.

In Salceda de Caselas, Spain, the iconic bar Piper’s is entering a new chapter after 35 years of operation. While the original owners, Pepe and Pili, are stepping down, the establishment will maintain its name and traditional menu of sandwiches and combined dishes under new management by a local resident named Isidro. The new management intends to preserve the bar’s essence and revive its traditional game room, which includes billiards, darts, and foosball.
