Galerie Tanja Wagner announces Berlin Art Week 2026 exhibition

Galerie Tanja Wagner has announced the group exhibition ‘The Seed Is the Tree Is the House’ as part of Berlin Art Week 2026. Running from September 10 to October 31, 2026, the exhibition features works by Šejla Kamerić, Verena Melgarejo Weinandt, Grit Richter, Cielo Saucedo, Anna Steinert, and Angelika J. Trojnarski.

The exhibition explores the breakdown of the concept of a fixed, measurable world. Moving away from the traditional Western view of stable matter and clear boundaries, the participating artists draw inspiration from ecology, cybernetics, feminism, posthumanism, and non-Western philosophies. The collection emphasizes fluid processes and interconnected cycles—mechanical, biological, and social—to rethink the relationship between nature and culture.
