Galician gastronomy expands with two new Michelin Guide additions

Two new restaurants in Galicia have been added to the Michelin Guide. The new additions are A Artesa da Moza Crecha, located in Betanzos and led by chefs Paula Martínez and Lolo Mosteiro, and Lembraza de Néboa in Ferrol, led by chef Sergio Rodríguez Roca.

A Artesa da Moza Crecha, which opened in 2016, is noted for its rustic atmosphere, commitment to local products, and Slow Food philosophy. The guide specifically recommends its braised beef cheek. With these latest inclusions, the total number of Galician restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide has risen to 107.
