Gallarate launches reimbursement program for childcare expenses
The Municipality of Gallarate has launched the 'Bando 0-18 Gallarate 2026' initiative, a program designed to provide financial reimbursement to families for expenses related to the care, growth, and education of minors. The measure covers costs incurred for the 2025/2026 school year and the summer of 2026, including summer camps, pre- and post-school services, educational activities, and childcare.
Applications are open from September 21, 2026, to October 16, 2026. To apply, resident parents or guardians must schedule an appointment. The program aims to support parenting and work-life balance by offsetting the costs of services that extend beyond mandatory schooling. Eligibility is subject to specific ISEE limits and residency requirements in Gallarate.
