Gallarate to host Spirto Gentil festival honoring Beethoven
The XV edition of the Spirto Gentil – L’avventura dell’ascolto festival will take place in Gallarate from September 17 to 19, 2026. Organized by the Centro Culturale Tommaso Moro in collaboration with the Scuola Sacro Cuore, the event aims to honor Ludwig van Beethoven ahead of the bicentennial of his death.
The festival, titled ‘Ludwig van Beethoven: Il cuore dell’uomo’, will feature three main events at the Aula Magna of the Scuola Sacro Cuore. The program includes a performance by Lucia D’Anna Frej on cello and Francesco Pasqualotto on piano, a musical journey by the Maestri della Scuola Pentagramma, and a concluding piano performance by Filippo Gamba. All scheduled events are free to the public.
