An internal survey revealed that 91% of employees rated the company as an excellent place to work, citing high levels of trust in management, respect, a collaborative environment, and a sense of belonging.

This recognition follows a recent Datafolha survey, which identified Gallo as the top olive oil brand in São Paulo. Company leadership, including President Cristiane Souza and HR Head Miriam Nascimento, noted that the certification reflects a commitment to continuous organizational culture development and people-centric management policies.
