While an educational inspection previously identified irregularities in the teacher’s documentation and assessment methods, they could not confirm the sleeping allegations. The school principal, Josip Lučić, stated that while complaints have been filed, the teacher has been deemed capable of working, and dismissal requires specific legal grounds beyond isolated incidents.
