Game & Co. announces PICK A BOO cooperative roguelike for Steam

Game & Co. has officially announced PICK A BOO, a new roguelike cooperative escape action game developed by Toydium for PC via Steam. The game supports up to six players who act as a professional team specializing in “night moves” or rapid relocation.

Players must load furniture into trucks while navigating stages inhabited by roaming monsters. The gameplay involves collecting and transporting furniture to earn money, which can be used to purchase upgrade parts, such as stronger limbs for carrying heavier items. Players can also work together to move objects that are too heavy for a single person.

Characters in the game are spherical and feature a pinball-like mechanic where they can charge up to launch themselves, serving as a method for movement, attack, and evasion. However, taking too much damage or acting too hastily can lead to battery depletion, causing characters to lose their limbs and leave only the head, making movement difficult until they find assistance or reconnect their parts.
