Gamer Hut has launched the pre-sale for two physical editions of Sonic the Hedgehog collections for the Nintendo Switch in Brazil. To celebrate the franchise's 35th anniversary, the Classic Sonic Collection and the Modern Sonic Collection will be released on October 20, 2026, with Gamer Hut holding exclusive distribution rights in the Brazilian market.

Each collection is priced at R$ 299.97 and includes a reversible cover and a commemorative 35th-anniversary logo patch. The Classic Sonic Collection features Sonic Origins Plus, Sonic Mania, and Sonic Superstars, focusing on traditional 2D platforming. The Modern Sonic Collection includes Sonic Forces, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, and Sonic Frontiers, highlighting more recent 3D gameplay experiences.

According to the retailer, negotiations with SEGA allowed for pricing tailored to the Brazilian market, targeting collectors and fans of physical media.
