Balancing Monkey Games presented a preview of ‘Beyond These Stars,’ a sci-fi city-building simulation set on the back of a giant space whale named Kewa. Published by Hooded Horse, the game focuses on terraforming and maintaining a symbiotic relationship with the creature to ensure survival. Players must manage resources like water and food while monitoring the well-being and stress levels of their inhabitants, known as ‘Peeps.’

Simultaneously, the IndieCraft Organizing Committee operated a large-scale promotional booth to support the global expansion of South Korean indie games. The initiative aimed to connect domestic developers with international investors and publishers. The committee reported successful networking sessions and discussions regarding potential memorandums of understanding with gaming organizations from regions including New Zealand and Quebec.
