Gaming updates: Little Nightmares III DLC and Blizzard's Diablo V announcement

The horror game Little Nightmares III has released its new DLC, ‘The Shores’, as part of the ‘Secrets of The Spiral’ expansion pass. Players control characters Low and Alone as they navigate flooded streets and foggy environments, facing threats such as a leech monster while attempting to reach a distant lighthouse.

In gaming industry news, Blizzard Entertainment has announced plans for Diablo V, which is slated for a Spring 2029 release. Despite the announcement of the sequel, Game Director Brent Gibson assured fans that Diablo IV will continue to receive seasonal content and support as long as the community remains active. Specifically, a new Amazon class is expected for Diablo IV in the first half of 2027. Additionally, Blizzard is collaborating with Netflix on an animated series based on the Diablo franchise.
