GAMP Services Limited files DRHP for proposed IPO

GAMP Services Limited, a provider of validation, compliance consulting, and engineering solutions for the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

The proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) involves the issuance of up to 4,693,500 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. This includes a fresh issue of up to 3,193,500 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 1,500,000 equity shares via the book building process.

The company intends to use the proceeds to fund capital expenditures for equipment and IT hardware within its services and data logger manufacturing verticals. Additionally, funds will be used to support inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes. Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited will serve as the Book Running Lead Manager, and Bigshare Services Private Limited will act as the registrar.
