Gangnam District Council joins 2026 Youth Festival

The Gangnam District Council participated in the ‘2026 Gangnam Youth Festival’ held at Gangnam Square to celebrate Youth Day. Themed ‘A time to care for ourselves and connect with each other,’ the event focused on wellness and social connection.

Attendees participated in various programs, including wellness activities like ‘Animal Flow’ and ‘Body Jam Dance,’ as well as creative workshops such as making keyrings and traditional knotting. The festival also featured a mobile sauna bus, stress checks using brainwave measurements, and performances by artists including rapper Han Yo-han and singer-songwriter Jeon Ju-hong.

Gangnam District Council Chairman Lee Jae-jin encouraged young participants to set aside the pressures of academics and employment to focus on their physical and mental well-being, stating that the council will continue to support the future of the region's youth.
