Gangseo-gu Mayor attends Dream Job youth career festival

Gangseo-gu Mayor Jin Kyo-hun attended the 13th Dream Job festival held at Banghwa Neighborhood Park to support the future aspirations of local students. The event featured 151 experiential booths organized into four themes: Special/Specialized, AI/Future, Emotional, and Korean Traditional Culture.

During the ceremony, Mayor Jin participated in a ‘Dream Postcard’ performance, receiving postcards written by approximately 3,800 first-year students participating in the free semester system. These postcards are intended to be delivered to the students one year later via a ‘slow mailbox’ bicycle.

Following the opening ceremony, the Mayor inspected the various career exploration booths, which aimed to connect artificial intelligence, emotion, and K-culture. A follow-up event, ‘Parents' Dream Job,’ is scheduled to take place for local elementary, middle, and high school students and their parents.
