Gangseo-gu Mayor joins 24th Heo Jun Festival gala parade

The 24th Heo Jun Festival featured a gala parade held near the Seoul Botanic Park and Magok Jungang-ro. Gangseo-gu Mayor Jin Kyo-hun participated in the event dressed as the historical figure Heo Jun.

Approximately 150 participants wore traditional royal court attire for the street procession. The parade was led by the Gangseo Pungmuldan group with large flags and traditional percussion, followed by participants marching to the rhythm. The event included special performances such as Pungmulnori and B-boying at various locations, attracting numerous visitors.

In addition to the parade, the festival grounds offered various experiential programs and food booths, drawing significant crowds to the Seoul Botanic Park area.
