Gangwon Provincial Assembly Advances Rural Water Project and Seoul Cooperation

Gangwon Provincial Assembly member Nam Sang‑kyu pressed the provincial government for direct funding to support the Chuncheon‑area rural water‑supply development that will connect 55 households in the Seomyeon‑Namsan‑myeon corridor, with construction slated to begin in 2027.

In a separate meeting, the assembly’s People Power Party legislators visited Seoul’s municipal government, meeting the city’s political‑affairs mayor to discuss cooperation between the two jurisdictions, exchange best practices and strengthen inter‑regional policy coordination.
