Ganso Butadon-ya TONTON to open new location in Osaka

Maruei Food Tech Co., Ltd. has announced the opening of a new Ganso Butadon-ya TONTON location in Nishinakajima, Osaka. The Nishinakajima 5-chome branch is scheduled to open on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

The restaurant specializes in traditional pork bowls (butadon) based on authentic flavors from Obihiro, Hokkaido. The preparation method involves using a secret sweet and spicy sauce and double-grilling the meat upon order to remove excess fat.

Since beginning its nationwide expansion in June 2021, Ganso Butadon-ya TONTON has grown to over 70 locations across the Kansai and Kanto regions, including delivery-only outlets. The brand is noted for its high-volume menu options and popularity on social media.
