Gap and A. P. C. announce debut collaborative fashion collection

Gap and the French label A. P. C. have announced their first collaborative collection, merging American casual style with Parisian sophistication. The capsule collection features 37 styles across menswear, womenswear, and accessories, drawing inspiration from 1960s culture, film, and art.

A central focus of the collection is denim. The partnership combines A. P. C.’s expertise in materials and fit with Gap’s denim heritage, including items made from Japanese-made selvedge denim. The lineup also includes tailoring, Oxford shirts, outerwear, knitwear, and accessories such as Breton striped shirts and corduroy suiting.

The collection is scheduled for release on September 19, 2026. In Japan, items will be available at select Gap stores and through a pop-up at Dover Street Market Ginza. The launch is accompanied by a short film titled ‘The Long Way,’ set in the Montmartre district of Paris.
